Terms and Conditions
- To ensure safety and eligibility, the minimum age requirement for renting a car is 18 years.
- Renting a car requires presenting a valid document, such as an Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID, for verification purposes.
- As a security measure, a refundable security deposit is required when renting a car.
- It is advisable to capture pictures or videos of the rented car as a precautionary measure.
- The driver assumes responsibility for any damages that may occur during the rental period.
- It is expected that the car is returned with the same fuel level as when it was rented.
- Possession of a valid four-wheeler license is mandatory to rent a car.
Terms related to Booking
- A minimum booking period of 2 days is required for all car rentals.
- Additional fees are applicable for pick-up and delivery at Goa Airport.
- A 10% booking fee will be collected upon confirmation of the reservation.
- Please note that the rates provided above are not valid from December 20rd to January 10th.
Refund Policy
- In order to initiate a refund, please submit your request at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of your trip.
- A cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from the refund amount.
